There's a difference between someone just drawing a character as overweight because of headcanons or simply wanting to see themselves as something and someone drawing Princess Peach as morbidly obese while in a skin tight outfit, outlining her rolls or her outfit tearing open because of her ballooning up and cramming more cake into her mouth. I'm sure the opposite where there's fetish art of an extremely thin person exists (probably highlighting ribcages or something, who knows). There's a difference between a model in a photography piece that happens to be barefoot and someone taking a picture of their bare feet with a username drawn into the sole and a crappy webcam image.
